I was at the mall yesterday and couldn't stop staring as I spotted this über chíc footwear accessory. Called the "Bloom Gaiter" from Wolford's you simply tie it around your ankle in whichever way you choose to successfully get that sultry, feminine look. My favorite part about these is the flutter of each individual piece. What a simple, easy way to vamp up your style. I can imagine myself putting this on and instantly thinking, "helloooooo hot stuff!" I am in love!!
