Reebok CrossFit Shoes. What's The Hype?

Last week I was invited by Reebok to check out their new CrossFit shoes accompanied with an industry workout. I had never done CrossFit before and I was excited to get to the new Reebok CrossFit Lab in West Hollywood as well as checking out what the hype was on CrissFit shoes. What is the difference between a crossfit shoe and a normal training shoe?

I got to the event and to my surprise it was being hosted by a new music artist and workout enthusiast Antonique Smith, and MC'd by Nicky Geezy. There was a little chat about where Antonique gets her inspiration for working out which got us all fired up and off we went.

Damn, that ish is HARD! But I loved every second of it.  Super challenging and a lot of sweat but it was great partnering up with different ladies at the event and working together to reach our goals. I was sore as heck the next day! Now, the shoes...

REVIEW: REEBOK CROSSFIT NANO 3.0

They were comfortable, light, and provided the grip I needed to get the workout done, but I wasn't really sure what separated this CrossFit shoe from being a normal training shoe.  I researched a bit more and I guess CrossFit enthusiasts need these extra details:

• Forefoot cushioning and heel stabilization
• Flexibility and protection to the outsole with grooves on the side of the shoe
• Reduce heat build up with breathable air mesh
• Ortholite sockliner, leightweight support
